I've skied at all these places in the US and recommend them.

Vermont - Mt. Snow, Okemo, Stratton, and Killington

New York - Lake Placid, Hunter Mt., and Wyndham, Gore

New Hampshire - Bretton Woods

Bretton Woods Resort, New Hampshire
